Pilot ARC Strike

Pilot Arc Strike lets you start the arc before contacting the workpiece. This gives you better control of the torch, especially on materials with unoven or curved curfaces.

With this machine’s start type and pilot arc design, you are able to cut on any metal surface without having to contact to strike an arc which is ideal for cutting items like expanded metal or uneven surfaces. This cutting machine has a wide range of uses which is suitable for cutting: stainless steel, alloy steel, mild steel, copper and other color metal materials.

Easy to Use

The CUT45-M is equipped with the S45 one-piece direct-connect cutting gun for easy connection. The current can be adjusted from 20-40 amps according to the cutting thickness.

Air pressure is supplied by an external compressor and can be adjusted by Pressure reducing valve. Gas check, 2T/4T can be quickly selected by the selector.

2T / 4T

According to your usage habits, you can choose 2T (two touch) or 4T (four touch) modes when cutting. It brings you more comfortable operation during the cutting.
GAS / CUT

Before cutting, you can check if the compressed gas works properly by selecting “GAS”,which can effectively protect the cutting machine and cutting torch.
Overheating Protection

The over-temperature protection (OTP) ensures that the supply operates within the safe design temperature and shuts the supply down whenever this is exceeded.
