Review Decapower Easyarc 200. A device worthy of attention.

I must say that their approach is generally super. They don’t hide their heads in the sand and don’t say that everything is super with them, it’s just that you are crooked and do everything differently than some do (I won’t point fingers), but they ?really listen and correct the shortcomings.

    What is a Pulse MIG?

The Ultramig 230AMP is a Single-Phase Pulse MIG welder with Double/Dual Pulse MIG, Single Pulse MIG, conventional MIG , Stick and DC TIG capability. Pulse MIG offers fast, high quality, low spatter and consistently great looking welds, with better thermal control vs. conventional MIG welders.

    What is an Inverter Welder?

In simple terms, in the case of an inverter welder, it converts AC power to a lower usable output voltage, such as from 220V AC power to 24V DC output. Both IGBTs and MOSs belong to this high-speed switching electronic device. Compared to MOSFETs, IGBT technology has significant advantages -less vulnerable to mains and generator power fluctuations making them much more reliable and less prone to damage or failure. This inverter welding machine using IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) as a switching device is also called IGBT inverter welding machine

What is Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) ?

What is OCV? Open Circuit Voltage (also known as no-load voltage) is the voltage that exists between the electrode and the job (or the earth) when welding is not in progress. What impact does OCV have on Stick welding performance? OCV works in a similar way to Hot Start function in that a “higher” OCV improves the ease of electrode ignition (and also helps to maintain a strong/stable arc), which is especially advantageous when using difficult-to-run electrodes such as low hydrogen.

What is Hot Start, Arc Force & Anti-Stick?

These days, most inverter welding machines have Hot-Start, Arc-Force and Anti-Stick as built-in, pre-set functions. However, for Decapower's welders, many of our models also allow you to adjust arc force and hot start if you wish. This allows you to further customize machine settings and performance to suit each job. Decapower welder series with adjustable arc force and hot start include: XTRAMIG, SYNMIG.

    How to start MIG welding

When you buy a MIG welding machine that is completely suitable for you, you can start to learn how to weld. Compared with MMA or TIG, the technical requirements for this are not high, because as long as your current, voltage and welding wire match, you can complete the metal droplet transfer, but the difference is beautiful, there is almost no melting or adhesion possibility. If you have never operated a MIG welder, you will not be able to weld a perfect weld in a short time. This requires you to practice a lot of scrap metal. But when you can weld a perfect weld under any circumstances, you will get a high salary, and a skilled welder's salary is not low!

Feedback about XTRAMIG from The PowerUP Crew

The XTRAMIG is extremely suitable for car bodywork and to weld thin steel/metal material. Meets for the construction steel/metal.Aluminium welding has its limitations. The XTRAMIG until here can be a recommendation for the novice welder as well as the hobbyist. For the professional welder the EXTRAMIG can be suitable for small jobs and repairs.
